Research Showcase 2020

Each year, The School of Earth and Environmental Sciences (SEES) invites all Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates, coursework Masters and Honours students to participate in its annual Research Showcase. The Research Showcase is an opportunity for SEES students to display their research in a poster format and have an open conversation with those interested.

This year, the Research Showcase is operating a bit differently. To accommodate the need for physical distancing, there will be no single event. Rather, the posters are being displayed online and in the Planning Studio (314/315, Steele Building) over a period of two weeks beginning 02 November 2020.

The Research Showcase will be opened with a Whole School Seminar from Dr Dorina Pojani on Monday, 02 November, and closed by a Whole School Seminar from Dr Tara Jonell on Friday, 13 November.

Participants have be asked to submit a video of themselves discussing their poster in addition to the poster itself. Below are those that have made a submission
