Researcher biography
Phil Smith's research interests lie in computer-aided application in planning, project assessment, multi-criteria analysis, systems thinking & system dynamics, fuzzy systems, aggregation operators, fuzzy cognitive mapping, grey systems.
Phil has consulting and research experience in urban and transport modelling, project appraisal, multi-criteria analysis, approximate reasoning, fuzzy systems and intuitionistic logic applications in multi-criteria analysis, systems dynamics.
