What the public really think about the Australian cattle industry
Abstract
There is no doubting that production and consumption of beef and dairy has come under the spotlight in recent years. There is little to no publicly available research that explores public perceptions of the Australian cattle industry. We have just completed a survey of almost 3,000 people right across Australia. Overall there is high trust in the industry, but there is work to do. I will discuss some opportunities for further research and for communication coming from this research.
